Maria Paz Giambastiani
Ms Paz Giambastiani is a journalist and Argentine native, currently living and working in Spain. She has been living with MS since 2005 and is a columnist for More Than Words, writing on disability and inclusion. She has authored several books and publications, including ‘Multiple Sclerosis in the first person’ and an MS employment guide, as well as being a blogger and lecturer. Maria used to host a successful radio program on MS titled ‘Discapacidad sin distancia [Disability without distance]’. Ms Paz Giambastiani also used to collaborate with a professor at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain, focusing on communication, intervention and other neurodegenerative and disability issues.
