myMS priorities is a pre-appointment planner that allows both you and your patients with MS to outline their highest priorities for an appointment in advance, arriving at the consultation confident and fully prepared.
Time can often be limited, so it is important to make sure that it is used as efficiently as possible. This communication aid helps to ensure that both your voice and that of your patient are heard, and both sets of priorities are fully considered.
The tool is simple to use. You can either fill in section one and then print the document to share with your patients for them to complete, or give them the link mymspriorities.com so that they can complete it at home.
