Time can often be limited in consultations, and planning ahead helps use the time as efficiently as possible.
myMS priorities is a pre-appointment planner that supports your patients to think about what they would like to cover in their next appointment and not miss out anything that’s important to them.
There are two versions of the planner: one for early consultations about the time of diagnosis, when patients might have lots of questions about what their diagnosis means and next steps; and one for regular consultations, when patients have been diagnosed for a while, when the focus might be more on what’s changing and what those changes mean. Choose the version that best suits your patient.
Which best describes your patient:
Newly diagnosed ▸
Each planner has additional pages for recording test results, and pages for recording medications they’re taking, or would like to find out more about, so these are to hand during consultations.
You can either print the document for your patients to complete, or send them the PDFs so that they can complete them at home.
