myMS companion is a short questionnaire designed to help people with MS start to think about their personal goals for the future, and the symptoms which they feel could be the greatest barriers to achieving them.
By sharing this tool with your patients, it will enable them to better consider their plans for the future and possibly even keep them doing the things they love for longer. The aim is to enable open, positive conversations with you and the rest of their healthcare team and support them in developing their own personal strategies to maintain good quality of life longer-term.
This interactive tool is simple to use. To enable your patients to access it, please share the link https://www.mymscompanion.com/. Once completed they are able to save and print it as a reference and for their own use.
Please note: No personal data entered into this tool is recorded or collected by MS21.
