MS21 data and insight
Want to learn more about the latest research in multiple sclerosis (MS) care? MS in the 21st Century (MS21) has worked closely with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and people with MS (PwMS) to develop real-world data that supports and drives improvements in HCP/PwMS communication and MS care.
MS21 research has found that:
- HCPs and PwMS differ in what they think are the key unmet needs in MS care
- Communication between HCPs and PwMS needs to improve for MS care to improve
- Improved communication and shared decision making between HCPs and PwMS can reduce patient distress, help patients to adapt to their MS and lead to improved MS management
