myMS roadmap is a tool designed to help people with MS, and their families and carers, better understand the language used to describe the disease, from diagnosis, to starting treatment and beyond.
By sharing myMS roadmap with your patients, they will be able to easily access clear definitions of complex terminology, common misconceptions about what it means to live with MS, and useful questions to ask during their appointments, giving a clearer overview of each phase of the journey with MS and helping them think about how they might want to manage it.
This interactive tool is simple to use. To enable your patients to access it, please share the link https://www.mymsroadmap.com/.
Please note: No personal data entered into this tool is recorded or collected by MS21.
