Communicating about disease progression
This survey aims to explore how and when conversations about disease progression occur.
Although it can be difficult for your patients with MS to think about, forward planning can be very helpful in allowing people with MS to continue doing the things they love for longer.
By completing this short survey you will assist us in understanding what prompts these discussions, what makes those involved feel comfortable and any obstacles to being able to speak openly about the progression of their disease.
The data you supply will help us to create tools that support better understanding and improvement of communication in MS care.
